Warranty & Caring for your 3D Printed Shuttles
3D printing is still a young production process and I'm always learning more about how to make items that will work as well or better than their traditionally produced counterparts, as well as last and hold up to regular use, wear and tear. While I do test all my products myself, I can't anticipate every instance they will encounter in the wild! If you do run into an issue with your shuttle please reach out to let me know. Each shuttle is warrantied from manufacturing defects for 1 year, and I will always try and find a repair or solution if you encounter other issues.
When not in use, it is important to store your shuttles out of direct sunlight and in a climate controlled environment (ie. don't leave them in your garage, car, outside, etc) as this can cause them to become brittle or deformed over time.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
All my products (excluding those marked ready-to-ship) are custom made to order. That means it will usually take a few days to print, assemble and package your custom order, though some items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. If you need something quickly, please feel free to reach out to see if I can accommodate a rush order or have certain colors or items available for quicker shipment.
Packages are always insured, so if your order is lost or damaged during shipping I will work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
If you decide once your item arrives that it isn't for you, I can accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges, and there is a 15% restocking fee for refunds (waved for exchange).
